The paper focuses on three core, interconnected issue clusters: digital rights and privacy in the era of pervasive educational technology and surveillance; freedom of expression and intellectual liberty amidst political polarization and debates over "cancel culture"; and the right to equitable, safe, and inclusive education, encompassing mental health support, protections, and accommodations for diverse learners.
