Abstract

This Abstract examines the legal frameworks that underpin the establishment and operation of educational institutions. It explores the constitutional provisions, statutes, and regulations that authorize and govern the creation of schools, from primary to tertiary levels. The analysis covers key aspects such as the right to education, the role of government in education, and the standards for school accreditation and management. It also addresses the legal requirements for school ownership, funding, and governance, as well as the rights and responsibilities of students, teachers, and administrators. The abstract highlights the importance of these legal foundations in ensuring access to quality education, promoting educational equity, and upholding the rule of law within the education sector.
