Abstract

The prolonged or frequent sit-at-home enforcement creates a structural barrier to educational advancement, particularly for vulnerable children who rely heavily on stable school environments for learning and development. The paper contends that the normalization of such disruptions poses long-term risks to human capital development and social stability. It concludes by emphasizing the need for stronger legal protection of children’s educational rights, collaborative conflict-resolution mechanisms, and educational contingency strategies that ensure continuity of learning even during periods of social or political unrest.
