Abstract

This paper examined the educational laws in Anambra State, Nigeria, focusing on their role in supporting or hindering inclusive education for students with disabilities. It also explores the implications of these laws for sustainable development in the region. Despite existing policies promoting inclusion, various challenges hinder their effective implementation, affecting both educational outcomes and broader societal development.
