Abstract

The integration of digital education in Anambra State is crucial for promoting sustainable development in Nigeria. This paper examines the regulatory challenges hindering the effective implementation of digital education in the region. By analyzing existing policies, technological infrastructure, and societal attitudes, we identify key barriers such as inadequate funding, lack of digital literacy among educators, regulatory gaps, and insufficient political will. Our findings highlight the need for a cohesive regulatory framework that addresses these challenges to enhance the educational landscape and support sustainable development goals (SDGs). Recommendations for improving policy measures, stakeholder engagement, and investment in technology infrastructure are proposed to ensure a robust digital education system in Anambra State
