Data analysis was performed using frequency counts, mean, standard deviation, and t-tests. The findings revealed that administrators, vocational teachers, and trainees should engage in extensive publicity to promote the importance of vocational training skills in Anambra State, utilizing various media outlets to raise societal awareness. Additionally, no significant difference was found between the mean responses of male and female trainees’ regarding public relations strategies that the government could adopt to improve trainees’ enrollment in vocational training. Public relations strategies were identified as key determinants of trainees’ enrollment in vocational training programs. Based on these findings, it was recommended among others that government and administrators provide motivational incentives to encourage trainees’ participation in public relations efforts.
